Information
During the course, 5 different modules will be studied, which consist of an explanatory video and reading material.
The objective of the course is to train participants in foodborne diseases, pathogens, viruses and bacteria that predominate in foods in order to understand their behavior and thus reduce favorable growth conditions.
Recommended for all those who carry out tasks in quality positions, students of food, nutrition and/or medicine careers, passionate about the world of food and microorganisms who want to delve deeper into the topic.
