Information
The course is distributed in 4 modules.
Each module deals with a particular food or point and the final quality of each is studied in detail.
The modules consist of:
• An explanatory video
• A theoretical section
• An evaluation test

The selected foods are:
- Wines
- Natural honey
- Olive oil
- Ham
​
At the end of each module, students will be evaluated through an online exam.
​
Once the course has started, 2 months will be available for the completion of the course and the approval of the 4 evaluation instances that will enable the extension of the certificate.

The objectives of the course are:
Participants acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to identify and control the Quality and Food Safety of the products to be treated.
​
At the end of the training participants will be able to:
- Identify adulterated foods.
- Distinguish between high and low quality foods.
- Keep food properly by increasing the shelf life of the food.
- Know the origin and production process of the food.
- Correctly read product labels.
- Learn how to properly taste food.
- Identify the food standards that companies must apply.
- Understand certification and auditing processes.

A certificate of participation will be delivered upon successfully passing the final exam of the course.
